Hi, I’m Claire!

I attended Southern Methodist University for 1 year before transferring to The University of Colorado Boulder to finish my undergraduate degree. I earned a Bachelor of Science in Information Science and a minor in Sports Media. I’ve been working full time since graduation in 2022 and have been baking since 2019 when my eating disorder was deeply affecting my life. I never thought I could be in the food industry because of my past struggles, but it has truly helped me heal. I promise to always be vulnerable with my story because when I was at my lowest, I needed to hear the vulnerability of others to feel less alone. So whether you’ve struggled with something similar, or just want to try some gluten-free cookies, you’re always welcome in this space:)

I’m most excited about connecting with people on socials and in person! I want to meet people through the connection of food and spread the love of gluten-free cookies as far as I can.
